Seeking Acquisitions
- £500k to £35m in value
- Portfolios up to £40 million (can include industrial/offices/leisure/land/retail/residential)
- Yields in excess of 8%
- Vacant Industrial complex, Former industrial works, large brownfield land, derelict sites, existing industrial / multi let industrial and office properties.
- New parades or centres where supported by existing or new residential areas
- Both on and off market sale and leaseback deals considered.
- Quick approval with significant cash resources available for immediate exchange and completion
- Happy to hear from agents with suitable opportunities both 'on' or 'off' market
